DCAER is fully equipped to offer complete emergency medicine including radiography, in-house lab work, coagulation panels, blood transfusions, oxygen therapy, intensive patient care/monitoring and surgery when necessary.
Our services will be provided on a first come, first served basis, except for critical patients. Patients will be triaged and the critical patients will be assessed and treated first. No elective procedures such as vaccinations, dentistry, spays or neuters will be performed. All medical services rendered will be documented in complete medical records and will be given to the owner and primary veterinarian designated by the owner.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Hospitalized patients will be required to leave a deposit in the amount of the estimated services to be provided. DCAER accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks (with a valid drivers license and check approval), cash and Care Credit.
